After that, I worked in a psychiatric hospital and now I work in outpatient mental health. I mainly work with individuals and families, using techniques like staying in the present, challenging unhelpful thoughts, exploring attachment style, self-compassion, looking at parts of ourselves, and focusing on solutions.
